You must be at least 18 years old to use HerWhispr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

HerWhispr may offer free trials, launch pricing, and recurring subscriptions. Any applicable trial length, launch offer rules, and standard price are shown at checkout.

Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew at the active rate for your plan. You can manage or cancel billing through the platform where you subscribed.

You agree not to misuse HerWhispr, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or creates risk to users, the service, or MixxMedia, LLC.

All HerWhispr content, branding, software, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to MixxMedia, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use HerWhispr for personal, non-commercial use only unless we provide written permission otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to maintain service reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

HerWhispr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MixxMedia, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of HerWhispr.

You may stop using HerWhispr at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where MixxMedia, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
